No. Bring Your Own Scripts has no setup fee: upload your own Page Scripting scripts and subscribe to Update Validation. You maintain those scripts; repair is available at $350 per script if you want us to fix one.
A company is a single Business Central company within a tenant. Update Validation is billed per company; if you have three companies (e.g., Cronus, Fabrikam, Contoso), each one is billed at the subscription rate.
Yes, on every plan. Upload as many scripts as you need per company. There are no per-script charges or execution limits. We maintain the scripts we built; you maintain yours.

Yes — run your scripts in a sandbox before any of them goes into production. Script repair is included when an update — Microsoft’s, an ISV’s or your own — changes how a script reaches a page but your process steps stay the same. When the process itself changes (a new step, a different page), the script changes with it: $350 per script, whatever caused it.
Subscriptions run for the term you choose — six or twelve months — and you can cancel at the end of the current term. The Coverage Pack is a one-time purchase; the scripts are yours to keep either way.
You can. Once you edit a script we built, it becomes yours to maintain; script repair covers scripts in the state we delivered them. Repair of customer-authored or edited scripts is $350 per script.
