No. Bring Your Own Scripts has no setup fee: upload your own Page Scripting scripts and subscribe to Update Validation. You maintain those scripts; repair is available at $350 per script if you want us to fix one.
A company is a single Business Central company within a tenant. Update Validation is billed per company; if you have three companies (e.g., Cronus, Fabrikam, Contoso), each one is billed at the subscription rate.
